Since 1968, under the guidance of the late Mr. Ratan Lal Barjatiya, the company known as Ajay Vijay Spinning Mills started as an Open end Cotton Yarn Spinning Unit in the industrial area of Bhilwara. Over the years, the company has experienced significant growth. Following the footsteps of his father, Mr. Santosh Kumar Jain took over the business after the passing of Mr. Ratan Barjatiya. In response to changing market conditions, Mr. Santosh diversified the business and established BARJATIYA BROTHERS and RATAN TEXTILES, focusing on Synthetic yarn.

Currently, Barjatia Brothers and RBSPL are managed by Mr. Santosh Jain, his son Mr. Neeraj Jain (CEO), and his grandson Mr. Bhavit Jain (M.D.). Together, they oversee various business functions including yarn agency, yarn trading and yarn manufacturing activities involving PC, poly, PV and viscose yarns.
