Starting in 1968 Under the leadership of Late Mr. Ratan Lal Barjatiya from an Open end Cotton Yarn Spinning Unit under the name Ajay Vijay Spinning Mills in industrial Area of Bhilwara today the company has grown many folds. Mr Santosh Kumar Jain inherited the business from his father Late. Mr. Ratan Barjatiya and due to change in market condition Mr. Santosh diversified the Business towards Synthetic yarn under the Firm name BARJATIYA BROTHERS and RATAN TEXTILES.
Today Mr Santosh Jain , his son Mr Neeraj Jain and his Grandson Mr Bhavit Jain are running the business under the firm name BARJATIYA BROTHERS and RBSPL and the business is diversified into all kind of Yarn Agency, Yarn Trading and Yarn Manufacturing activities of PC, Poly, PV and Viscose yarn.
The company is associated with M/s Reliance Industries, M/s Grasim Industries, M/s Jagdamba Spinning Mills, M/s Ankur Udhyog, Surya Group and many more.
